SHIPPING POLICY
We work hard to get your gear out the door as fast as possible. Most of our products are kept in stock and ready to ship from our facility in Apple Valley, California.
SHIPPING CUT-OFF TIMES
Orders placed before 3:00 PM PST Monday through Friday typically ship the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off or on weekends/holidays will be processed the following business day.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We ship via UPS and USPS to ensure reliable delivery. Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with tracking information. Please note that transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by BOCO Custom LLC.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently offer shipping to select international locations. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their country. These fees are not included in our shipping rates.
LOCAL PICKUP
Are you in the Apple Valley area? We offer local pickup! Simply select the "Local Pickup" option at checkout, and we will notify you via email when your order is ready for collection.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
BOCO Custom LLC is not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If you have concerns about package security, please ensure you are shipping to a secure location.
