Return & Refund Policy

Return Window

We accept returns and/or exchanges within 90 days of your purchase date. If more than 90 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
• The item must be in its original packaging (including any tags, accessories, or documentation).

Digital Products (DXF Files)
DXF files are instant digital downloads and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.

Custom or Personalized Items
Custom-fabricated plates, engraved signs, or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless defective.

Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Items

We will replace items that arrive defective or damaged in transit. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you (including return shipping if applicable).

Return Process

To start a return:

1. Email us at admin@bococustom.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
2. We'll review your request and provide return instructions (including shipping address).
3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable method.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and process your refund or exchange.

Shipping Costs & Refunds

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs (except for defective/damaged items).
• If a refund is approved, return shipping fees may be deducted from the total if applicable.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
