What is BOCO Custom LLC?
BOCO Custom LLC designs and manufactures durable mounting plates, custom metal signs, and downloadable DXF files for popular tool organization systems including Milwaukee Packout, DeWalt ToughSystem 2.0, Klein MODbox, and Husky Build-Out. We're based in Southern California and focus on high-quality, USA-made solutions for pros and DIY garage enthusiasts.
Where are your products made?
All of our products are proudly designed, fabricated, powder-coated, and shipped from our workshop in Southern California, USA.
How durable are your mounting plates?
Our heavy-duty plates are made from 10-gauge American steel and tested to support up to 300 lbs when properly mounted. Low-profile options use 14-gauge steel. All plates feature a textured black powder coat for scratch resistance and a professional finish.
Do your plates include mounting hardware or locks?
No, mounting hardware (bolts, screws) and locks are not included. Our plates have universal hole patterns for easy integration with your existing tool system hardware.
What's the difference between raw steel, powder-coated, and stainless steel options?
• Powder-coated (standard): Textured black finish for scratch and rust resistance.
• Raw steel: Unfinished, ready for customization; may rust if unprotected.
• Stainless steel: Fully rust-proof for outdoor/high-humidity use.
What are DXF files and how do I use them?
DXF files are digital designs for plasma/laser/CNC cutting. Includes versions with/without bend lines. License: Personal, non-commercial use only.
