LOAD RATINGS & SAFETY
Published load ratings come from our controlled testing and the recommendations we develop from those tests. They assume proper installation with appropriate hardware on suitable surfaces. Actual capacity varies by mounting, hardware, surface, and conditions. You are solely responsible for verifying suitability, selecting correct fasteners, and ensuring safe installation.
HARDWARE & INSTALLATION
Mounting hardware is not included. Attaching our products to a vehicle, rack, wall or other surface by bolting, welding or any other method is your responsibility, including the strength and suitability of the hardware, welds and mounting surface.
WARRANTY, AS-IS SALE & LIABILITY
Our physical products carry the 1-year limited warranty described on our Warranty page. Except for that limited warranty, products are sold “AS-IS” and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
BOCO Custom LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including injury, property damage, or lost profits—from the purchase, installation, or use of our products, even if advised of such risks.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

- Load application and safe use.
- Compatibility and structural verification.
