A look at what we've built for customers and for ourselves. If you can sketch it, we can design it in CAD, laser-cut it and finish it in our Apple Valley, CA shop.
Signs & artwork

Pontiac Service
A layered, multi-color wall sign built from laser-cut steel. The ring, lettering and head are cut as separate layers, stacked for real depth and powder coated in blue, white and red.
The small photos show the layered detail and the raw cut steel before finishing.
Custom projects
RC racingRC pit caddy parts
Laser-cut and formed parts for a custom RC pit caddy, including a side panel carrying a full-color American flag graphic.
Prototype3D print integration
Integrating 3D printing to aluminum for a wood top attachment. Printed mounts bolted to a laser-cut aluminum plate.
Off-roadLight bar tabs
Laser-cut weld-on tabs for mounting light bars to Can-Am roll cages, shown here welded to the cage tube.
Shop storagePackout rolling cart
A laser-cut Packout mounting plate bolted to four swivel casters, so a stack of boxes rolls wherever the work is.
In the field

Toolbox builds
When a professional technician needed to maximize their workspace, we engineered custom heavy-duty plates for the side and back of their rolling toolbox, with fold-out shelves and Packout organizers that click on and off.

The finish

Built to be used, hard
Powder coat is applied electrostatically and oven-cured into a tough shell that resists rust and wear, whether the part lives in a daily-driver toolbox or on an outdoor site.

Questions
Can you make a custom Packout mount for any toolbox brand?
Yes. We design custom Milwaukee Packout-compatible mounts for tool chests including Matco, Snap-on and Husky, matched to your box's bolt pattern or side-wall dimensions.
What materials do you use?
Mostly high-strength mild steel for toolbox mounts. We also fabricate in aluminum and stainless steel, and use specialty plastics like Delrin and acrylic for some projects.
Do you take small runs and one-offs?
Yes. We specialize in one-off parts and small batches, with no 500-unit minimum. Whether it's one prototype or a run of 20, you get the same precision.
Can you help if I only have a rough sketch?
Yes. Hand-drawn sketches with dimensions, or photos with dimensions, are fine. We turn them into a laser-ready CAD file. If you already have DXF or CAD files, we accept those too.
Can you work from AI-generated graphics?
It is doable but challenging. Converting AI artwork into CAD-ready geometry takes extra cleanup and design work, so a DXF or CAD file is the smoothest path.
What is the typical lead time?
Custom projects take up to 3 weeks once the design is finalized, from fabrication and powder coating to ready to ship or pick up.
