Build 01: Stephen's ATV
Stephen mounted the plate on the front rack of his Arctic Cat 500, then clicked a ToughSystem 2.0 tote on top.

How the Mount Works
- Slide in and latch: Slide your ToughSystem 2.0 box onto the plate and the latch engages. Lift the release lever with one hand to take it off.
- Lockable: A locking hole accepts a standard padlock (not included) to keep your gear secure.
- Low profile: 21.25" × 15.75" × 0.5", sized for 16" stud spacing.
- Built for vibration: Made for service vans, truck beds, trailers and ATVs.
Steel or Aluminum
- 10-gauge steel: Textured black powder coat. 100 lb wall / 300 lb floor. $189, or $199 with an optional gold badge (Solid, American Flag or Mountain Range).
- 1/8" aluminum: Half the weight, uncoated and paint ready. 50 lb wall / 150 lb floor. $189.

FAQ
Does it fit ToughSystem 1.0 or DXL boxes?
No. This plate is made for the ToughSystem 2.0 footprint only. For DXL boxes, see our DXL Mounting Plate.
Can I mount it on an ATV, floor or wall?
Yes. Customers run it on ATV racks, truck floors, trailer walls and garage walls.
Is mounting hardware included?
No. Surfaces vary, so choose hardware that suits your install, such as 5/16" bolts or 1/4" lag screws.
How does it compare to the DEWALT DWST08260 rack?
The rack is a larger fixed-arm system. Our plate is a low-profile, lockable alternative for tight spots where a rack will not fit.
